What you can expect.
These policies explain how I work and what you can expect. Please ask if you would like to discuss anything or need a different format.
Rescheduling and cancellations
Clients added from 1 November 2026 must give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Clients added before that date keep their existing 12-hour terms. This applies to counselling, relationship counselling, coaching and parenting sessions.
You can view your appointments and request changes through My Sessions. If you give less than your agreed notice, the agreed session fee will normally remain payable because that time has been reserved for you. If an emergency or exceptional circumstances make it difficult to attend, please contact me so we can discuss your situation.
Parenting programmes retain their programme commitment terms: a programme can be cancelled before its second session with at least your agreed 12 or 24 hours’ notice. After that, the programme fee remains payable, although individual sessions can still be rescheduled with the same notice.
