Coaching for Life After Therapy

Coaching for

Life After Therapy

Life can only be understood backwards, but it must be lived forwards.

Turning insights into direction for the next stage of your life.

When Therapy Ends, a New Question Emerges

A new question is posed.

Life can only be understood backwards, but it must be lived forwards.

Therapy often brings clarity. As patterns become clearer, many people develop a deeper understanding of themselves, their relationships and what truly matters to them.

The work may reduce distress, strengthen self-awareness and help you feel more grounded. Yet when therapy ends, some people find themselves asking a new question: what now?

It is common to reach the end of counselling with valuable insight but still feel unsure how to translate that understanding into positive change in everyday life.

Even when you feel more comfortable in your own skin, you may find you are still living in a life you have coped with for a long time, but now want to develop further so it reflects your renewed momentum to grow and move forward.

How My Service Differs From Counselling

Counselling

Focuses on understanding experiences and working through past difficulties.

Helps you process emotions and develop self-awareness.

Explores what has shaped you.

Transitional Coaching

Focuses on applying the insight you gained in therapy to shape a future you want.

Helps you turn understanding into direction and action.

Explores how you want to move forward.

Therapy helps you understand what has shaped you. Life After Therapy coaching helps you decide what to do with that understanding.
